אנו מחפשים אנשים חמים, מלאי שמחת חיים, אופטימיים, סבלנים ובעלי אישיות יצירתית, להקניית השפה העברית באופן מקוון, ובאמצעות שיטת הלימוד הייחודית של אולפן אור.
אנו מזמינים אתכם/ן להצטרף לאולפן המקסים והמשפחתי שלנו, בו תוכלו ללמד סטודנטים/ית מכל העולם במסגרת פרטנית או כקבוצות לימוד קטנות, ובתהליך מיוחד ומרהיב של רכישת השפה העברית.
*בתום ההכשרה, כל עובד/ת מוסמך/ת כמורה מקצועי לעברית בשיטת אולפן אור.
דרישות התפקיד:
עברית – ברמת שפת אם
אנגלית – ברמה גבוהה.
אוריינטציה טכנולוגית
ידע ושליטה בתוכנות אופיס
נכונות לעבודה לטווח ארוך,
ניסיון בהדרכה מטעם הסוכנות היהודית או במסגרת טיפולית אחרת – יתרון
תואר אקדמאי – יתרון.
התחייבות מינימלית:
משרת ההוראה מחייבת זמינות מינמילית בשעות הנ”ל (אך בהחלט יש אפשרות לשעות נוספות) ועד סוף השנה הקלנדרית הנוכחית (דצמבר 2022)

לאחר הקבלה למשרה, כל עובד/ת חדש/ה יתבקשו לבצע הכשרה מקצועית אשר כוללת משימות להגשה להוראת עברית בשיטת אולפן אור באופן עצמאי ומבית (אין צורך להגיע למשרדי החברה בירושלים).
לאורך ההכשרה יתקיימו 6 מפגשי ליויי בזום בתשלום מלא, אשר ייתכן ויוחלפו בעתיד במפגשים פורנטליים.

The sales consultant is responsible for developing long term relationships with current and new customers and helping them find the best learning solutions.

Job Requirements:
- Experience in marketing, sales and customer service
- Thinking out the box
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills are required, as well as internet research abilities
- Familiarity with English speaking communities in Israel and abroad
- Familiarity with CRM, mass mail platforms and social media tools
- Experience in both fields, B2C and B2B
- English – mother tongue
- Hebrew skills – advantage
